Happy 2024 Sis!
First up -- I’m so glad you’re here. This space has grown and evolved into one of the dearest places I get to spend space and time. You’ve made it community. You’ve made it matter. You’ve made it HOME. Whether you’re new or you’ve been here for the past few years -- thank you for rockin’ with the club. We deeply, truly, and wholly love it here.
I’m not naive to the possibilities of where you might be today. There are many things we might be feeling at the turn of this particular page. Life does wild things and we saw quite a bit of that in ‘23. Moments of joy were interlaced with worldwide pain. Losses walked instep with gain. It was as beautiful as it was hard. I get that. And yet -- I am willfully choosing joy. We’ve been graced with something new; with presence, life, and the possibilities that exist in a new space. That is a gift enough to make me glad and I hope you’ll join me in gratitude.
This month we’re taking a different kind of action as we read together and share, and tap into the possibility that riddles the new year air. We’re writing the vision, making it plain and proactively engaging our imagination as we chart our course for 2024. We’ll move through this book (and month) workshop style, with a guiding tool that is designed to focus our sights as we take all that we learned and activate it. Grow With Goals is a God-breathed, transformational tool and reflective resource that will become for you, what you put into it. Jill Hellwig, the inspired architect and brilliant author, has created a space within these pages that opens up those areas of our souls that prophesy. It’s the part that sees what can be and seeks the heart of God who affirms it. There will be questions, space to answer, prompts to respond to, and most importantly -- a community of us doing this together who will make sure we all ride. Jill is a trainer, speaker and coach who knows how to get in the trenches and produce results. Her deep resume reflects that expertise and her confession of faith anoints it. I’m excited that we’ll get to work with her guidance.
So girl, are you up?! It’s a whole 2024 and WE ARE HERE. Thriving and living! Believing that there is still more! Watching with expectation and urgent hope that God is going to do his BIG ONE. Whew! It’s an honor to know God this way and experience HIs bounty. He’s faithful and I’m so so SO grateful.
